My Rating: Edges Snatched

Sarah J Maas done snatched all my edges with this fucking good ass book. She was like I’m here and I ain’t playing games with you hoes. Like damn bitch what the hell did I do to you to deserve all this? SJ Maas straight Mortal Kombat my ass with a fatality. Not only did she stick her hand into my chest but she took my beating heart and crushed it. Then she burned it and blew the embers away into the wind. Took me three fucking days to get my life.

Yesssss hunty, A Court of Mist and Fury had me all up in my feels. And I don’t have feeling. I’m a cold-hearted bitch with a heart made of ice. But this book broke me. It was everything I look for in a romance. Flirtation, sexual tension, frustration, the back and forth between the characters. And finally, the thing that I crave the most—the slow burn. A girl just loves a slow burn. All that build up until you can’t take it no more and then……..BAM!

After reading ACOMAF, my thoughts on A Court of Thorns and Rose has drastically change. Pretty much Tamlin can eat rocks and die. Rhysand on the other hand I’m still side-eyeing you real hard. You know us Virgos it takes a while before we forgive you for the trifling shit you did in book one. You’re Fae you can wait a hella long time for that forgiveness.

Anyways, if you can’t tell this isn’t so much as a review but just me fangirling about this AH-MAZ-ING BOOK!

I love the characters, the Night Court, the writing…..just everything about this book. Beside Tamlin who can die and Lucien who needs to grow a pair, this book was absolutely perfect. I don’t know how I’m going to get through the rest of the year without wanting and needing the next book in this series.

I need more Azriel. I need his ass to come on over and let me him envelop him in these voluptuous bosom of mine and tell him everything is going to be better. And if his clothes happen to come off….. Seriously, I will fight Mor. She maybe Fae but she gots nothing on these hands. They rated E for everyone. I fights kids to grown ass women.

By the way can someone. Anyone make Azriel Fanart please. I’ve only seen a few and I’m quite tired of the Feyre/Rhysand art. Umm they cute and all but I need to see my boi. So get to it. Thanks.

Sarah J Maas, bitch you slay. Keep doing what you’re doing and thanks for the massive book hangover that I suffered from your hands.

To all my lovely followers, get your hands on this book. Do whatever you have to do and get it, stare it, and then devour the fuck out of it. It’s well worth the bucks.

As always, thanks for stopping by <3

  1. I love this review! XD Snapped my edges. I loved ACOMAF so much. This book was so much better than I anticipated and I loved basically everything about it. I have never felt so many emotions and feelings. Rhysand is my little baby and goodness gracious the character development we witnessed was on fucking point.

    1. Thank you so much for reading. Yes I agree the character development was amazing. I was scared this book would suffer from second book syndrome but nope….it fucking fantastic. Definitely a re-read.

  2. THIS REVIEW!!!! I don’t even know what to say, but you did that!! I really liked the first book, and recently ordered most of her books (including this one), but I’m like so scared to start it lol. I’ve seen ALL the reactions on twitter and goodreads, and I just know that SJM is gonna take my entire soul with that damn book. I’m gonna just put my big girl pants on this weekend and get slayed!!

    LOOOOVVEEEDD this review!! 😀

    1. Just dive right in because ACOMAF is the bomb.com. I mean it’s so much better than ACOTAR. And although its 600+ pgs it doesn’t feel like it. You’ll probably finish in 2 days top. That’s how good it is.

As for the other series we have an on and off relationship lol.

Thank you for stopping by and enjoying my review.
