Book Review

Guys you just don’t know how good it feels to be enjoying the thing you love the most. Yes blogging is my passion and I’ve been in a slump since April but now I’m back on track and it feels so damn good.

Seriously, I’m reading more books and pushing through these reviews like it’s nobody business. I feel productive. There’s not worse than feeling uncreative. Than feeling…well unproductive. Especially when it’s something that you’re are very passionate about. In the near future I’m hoping to turn this into something that can make me money on the side. But that’s a whole other topic. For now I’m just happy things are finally going the way that I want them to.

So be prepared to see a plethora of posts from me. Some will be reviews. Some will be discussion post. Eventually, I will have author interviews and guest post but that take times because:

  1. I’m hella awkward when it comes to asking for things.
  2. When I do finally get the courage to ask said author, they can be pretty busy so it takes time for a reply.
  3. Going back to number 1, my awkward sometimes prevents me from writing decent request letter, which in turn cause me anxiety, which leads me to scrapping the whole thing.

Yeah, I’m a mess lol.

Well I guess I’ve bored you enough with what going on in my life right. No need to scare away my followers lol. If you can answer the below that would be awesome.

As always, thanks for stopping by <3

  1. I have definitely been so down that it felt like up was a million miles away. I’ve tried a lot things. Jogging, meditation alone & in a group, prayer, and reading a book I can lose myself in. But for me – I need to create. I need to be okay with creating bad, mediocre, crappy stuff and know that it will get better. And know that I will feel better. Hope something here is useful. Glad you’re back.

    1. Yes the need to be creative is my life force. I just hate being in a slump. Thank you for your awesome tips. I will have to try them the next time I get in a slump.

      Thanks for stopping by.
