“Somebody ought to tell us, right at the start of our lives, that we are dying. Then we might live life to the limit every minute of every day. Do it, I say, whatever you want to do, do it now.” — Michael Landon
Michael Landon speaks the truth. That is exactly what I’m doing. Well sort of. I’m a foodie by nature so I love trying new things but sometimes money is tight and you can’t always travel the world. That’s where Try the World and MunchPak come in handy.
Today I will be talking about MunchPak. A reasonable and easy way to taste foreign snacks from around the world. I must thank my sister, Tiarra for introducing me this amazing company. This may have been my first package but I’m in love.
Before I show what I got and my thoughts, let me tell how you can get started with MunchPak. First you need to go to MunchPak.com. From there you can explore the site or you can go straight to picking and choosing which size box you want to be shipped to your house. There are 3 options you can choose from:
The MunchPak Mini—which contains 5+ snack and costs about $9.95
The Original MunchPak—which contains 10+ snacks and cost $19.95
The FamilyPak—which contains 20+ full size snacks and cost $39.95
Not bad if you’re looking to explore the world through food. Especially without the cost of travel. Now here is one more tidbit you should know—you can choose if you would like to get your MunchPak delivered to you weekly, every two weeks or monthly. You also have the option to add tea or coffee to your pack. It’s an additional $5.00 but if you’re looking to try something new I say go for it.
Okay ladies and gents are you ready to know what I got? Even if you’re not I’m going to show you anyway lol.
I, myself chose The Original MunchPak, with the addition of tea added. Love both coffee and tea but I have to say that I drink tea more than coffee. And summer may still be going but fall is right around the corner. The season of drinking hot cup teas. At least to me.
Okay no more waiting. Here we go. Feast your eyes on all this yummy goodness.
This box had everything from cookies to shortbread. Candies and gummies. Plus a pistachio Swiss roll that was heaven. I need more of that in my life. There were also sesame bread sticks. Crispy. Crunchy. Yummy Goodness.
Oh and the tea was divine. It was apple flavored with a hint of cinnamon. It tasted good hot or cold. This tea is sure to be a winner when the weather turns colder. I believe it was from Turkey. A lot of the snacks I got in my box was from Turkey. Turkey you make delicious foods/snacks.
As you can see, that box did not last long. This is what I get for sharing with my family. Never again…..unless I decide to get the FamilyPak.
Seriously, everything is this box was FUCKING out of this world delicious. Except for those damn Pretz. No. Nope. Nada. Those are an acquired taste. Had the sweet corn flavored ones from my sister didn’t like it. So I tried the one (lemongrass flavored) that came in my box just to see if it had to do with the flavor. Nope I just don’t like them.
Besides that setback, this MunchPak box was devoured within 3 days. It’s a big hit with the family, so I expect MunchPak to be receiving some new subscribers.
5 stars. 2 Thumbs up. All the praise in the world. You must give MunchPak a try. You won’t be disappointed. Plus the last time I checked there was a $3.00 off coupon for your first order. You better get on it.
P.S. I noticed something when I tried both MunchPak and Try the World sweet treats and they weren’t that sweet. Which is a good thing. Because being in America, our sweets tend to be on the sugary side. So I enjoyed the change. Everything wasn’t cloying sweet. It was subtle and I enjoyed it immensely.
There you have it. My review and love for MunchPak. Get use to me talking about this company a lot. Also if you get to try MunchPak let me know with a comment down below.
As always thanks for stopping by.
